- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality and product presentation.
- Support daily operational needs and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about coffee and customer service.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the F&B industry (experience as Barista is a plus).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and eager to learn.
