What We Need:
-Input into overall hiring (Tele) strategy to ensure your teams consist set of qualified individuals
-Managed the telemarketers’ disciplines to meet the target.
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed
-Provide necessary training, guidance and support to Tele teams to improve performance and productivity.
-Education and responding to problems or complaints from Tele and PIC related to performance or other obstacles.
-Collaborate and provide administrative support to PIC Tele, Marketing Team and Finance & HR, and other related teams to improve communication efficiency and effectiveness and maintain good relationships.
